At KosInvest, the safety, dignity and well-being of every person are a priority. We are committed to creating a safe environment for children, vulnerable people, clients, employees and everyone we work with.

As part of VisionFund International and World Vision, we implement international Safeguarding standards and have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, neglect or inappropriate behavior.

Safeguarding is our commitment to preventing and addressing any form of harm to children and vulnerable people during our activities and services.

We work to ensure that every person is treated with respect, dignity and equality in a safe and inclusive environment.

KosInvest is committed to:

• Promoting a culture of respect, integrity and safety.
• Implementing clear Safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Training employees on their responsibilities in protecting vulnerable people.
• Handling every report with seriousness, impartiality and confidentiality.
• Taking the necessary actions to protect affected persons and prevent recurrence.

If you have seen, heard or have concerns about a case of abuse, exploitation, neglect or inappropriate behavior toward a child or vulnerable person, we encourage you to report it immediately.

A report can also be made when there is only a reasonable suspicion. You do not need to have evidence to raise a concern. Every report is handled professionally, confidentially and in accordance with Safeguarding procedures.

All reports are handled confidentially and with respect for the privacy of those involved. KosInvest does not tolerate any form of retaliation or discrimination against people who report concerns in good faith.

If you wish to report a Safeguarding concern, you can do so through KosInvest's local channels or through World Vision's international mechanisms. All reports are treated seriously, confidentially and in accordance with Safeguarding policies.
