The Microfinance Institution KosInvest for several years has created the internship program through which it aims to provide engagement opportunities for young people who want to  start their career in the microfinance sector . Therefore, KosInvest MFI is committed to opening the doors to motivated young people to develop professionally and consolidate their knowledge through theoretical and practical experience. Moreover, through the internship program, interns will have the opportunity to learn closely how a microfinance institution works, being involved in KosInvest branches as well as the departments of the central office.

To become part of the internship program, candidates must:

• They are final year students or graduates
• Have the motivation and desire to develop in the microfinance sector;
• They have analytical knowledge and communication skills
